Do you have a lead generation strategy that just isn't converting the way it should, or maybe you feel like you're constantly hustling to find new leads, but consistently coming up short? If so stick around. My name is Kelly Lauer Minh, I'm the founder of anchor design Co. And today, I'm going to share the three most important parts of an effective lead generation strategy, so that you can have a steady flow of hot leads coming into your business. Most importantly, the first thing is that your process needs to be streamlined. This is going to help make sure that the time that you spend working on getting leads is actually effective, and getting the biggest results. If you're anything like me, you're a busy person, and you do not have any extra time to waste. So anytime that you do spend in your business, anytime that you do spend trying to get leads, it needs to actually bring in leads, we don't have time to sit around and do work, that doesn't actually get us any results. In order to get those results, you absolutely have to have a streamlined strategy. So you got to look at your business and really notice what's working and what's not working. Then once you start paying attention, you start noticing a pattern of things that are going well, you've got to do more of that. So first and foremost, start paying attention, start looking at your business, notice what's not working, that's usually pretty easy. But also make sure you're making note of what actually is working, it might take a little bit of digging, if you're not feeling very confident in your lead gen strategy right now. But watch and see what's actually doing well what's actually bringing people in. And then you can start slowly implementing more and more and more of that and continue tweaking until you have a streamlined process that consistently works. Second, you need to create magnetic content content that leaves your audience feeling better than when they arrived. So your content is your social media posts. If you have a blog, it's your blog post, if you have facebook live like this, your Facebook Live, anything you're putting out there, where you're talking to your audience, you're connecting with your audience, social media, email, wherever it is, all of that is your content, your content absolutely has to give a positive influence to your leads, they have to feel like they're better when they walk away from you. So you might entertain them and make them feel happier, you might educate them and make them feel more confident, you might support them and make them feel a little bit less alone in whatever struggles they're going through. Whatever it is your content needs to act like a magnet so that people want to keep coming back for more and more. And in order for it to be magnetic, it has to leave a positive impact on them, when they walk away from whatever content it is you're putting out there. And then finally, you've got to maximize your effort. You can't be everywhere at once. And we already know we're all running out of time, nobody has enough time in the day, we all ended the day with more on our to do list than we have hours available, right? So you've got to maximize the effort that you're putting in. This means that your lead generation strategy needs to be one to many, instead of one to one. So instead of you speaking to just one person and making an effort to bring that one person into your business, you need to speak and have an audience in front of you, you need to connect with people on a larger scale. Now, this doesn't always mean literally speaking to an audience
like this is a Facebook Live and I'm connecting with multiple people right now. But that's not the only way to connect one to many. You can also do this using things like lead magnets, you can do this using things like email, anytime that you're able to say something, and that could be high like not literal. But anytime you're saying something, and that message is going out to more than one person at a time. That is one too many. And your lead generation strategy needs to be one to many in order to be most effective. And that's because it's going to minimize the amount of effort that you have to put in but maximize the results that you get and that is truly the sweet spot. We get to minimize the amount of effort that you're putting In but maximize your results. So those are the three most important things of any effective lead generation strategy. You need to have a streamlined process, you need to create magnetic content that leaves people feeling better than they did when they arrived to you. And you need to have a strategy in place that maximizes your effort.
