1️⃣ Hack #1: Set a timer! Instead of winging it give yourself a set amount of time to get a task done. instead of taking all day, you'll be more focused and get more done in less time.

2️⃣ Hack #2: Remove distractions from your desk. Give everything a home outside of your line of site- put sticky notes in a drawer, tuck away messy computer cords. Hide anything that draws your attention away from your work.

3️⃣ Hack #3: Make a list and check it twice! Ok, you don't need to check it twice. But you DO need to check off tasks as you finish them. It will make you feel more accomplished and like you actually want to get things done!
